Who is Contoura?
In the summer of 2024, we came across the idea of creating a wellness brand after a conversation about our lifestyle and the influence we could have on the wellness and beauty industry.

A couple of drinks later, we thought of the name Contoura Clinic. Fast forward to today, and we are now working towards creating a bridge between fitness and wellness, combined with aesthetics.
Our aim is to make women feel their best, look their best, and maintain their results after completing their sessions with us.
This is something we both looked for when booking a service — something we know many girls can relate to: a comfortable, honest, and trustworthy environment, giving people their money’s worth and creating long-lasting relationships as service providers.

We believe our clients’ journey goes far beyond the clinic and treatments. Our aim and vision are to help clients achieve their body goals and learn something new — new ways to lose weight and maintain their body goals in a healthy, non-surgical way.

In the lead-up to summer 2024, I went through a lot of life changes and adjustments. I found myself feeling lost, floating through life with no real direction. I even said to someone I knew that I didn’t feel as if my life had purpose. It was in that moment I realized I had to look deep within.

I decided to study myself — to take note of what makes me unique and how I could use those qualities to positively impact others. What makes Alicia Alicia? It became very clear that I center my life and my days around working out and being mindful of what I put into my body — something I have a decade of experience in.

So when my friend Elo came to me with the idea of body contouring — but taking the treatments beyond the clinic to actually help women achieve lasting results — all of a sudden, I felt a shift. A sense of alignment.

Changing the lives of women to not only help them look their best, but to educate and empower them along the way, is what I feel I’m truly meant to do.

From a young age, I have always been business-oriented with a creative mindset. For many years, I found myself at a roadblock, not knowing how to use my skill set to create a business of my own. During that time, I struggled with my weight, and looking back, I would say my mental health played a big part in that. Funny enough, I looked into body contouring and paid for treatments myself, which I saw results from — but I always knew I needed more.
I didn’t have that extended support & correct aftercare from service providers at the time. Now, I own a body contouring clinic where I can give people the help I once needed — offering care, support, and professional service alongside positive advice to help other women change their lifestyle around. It’s more than just body contouring to me — it’s a lifestyle.
